Hi, I’m Laura, open-minded, curious and I love to travel. I’m always excited to explore new places and learn something new wherever I go. Being outdoors, spending time with animals, and connecting with new friends are things that make me truly happy. I enjoy meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and simply being in nature or with people who inspire me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
As a former competitive swimmer I’m perfectly capable with physical work. Additionally, I’ve experience in childcare as I worked as a supervisor in children’s summer programs several times. A big passion of mine are animals and I know how to take care of them responsibly. Furthermore, I also have experience with horseback riding and enjoy spending time outdoors a lot.

Thank you Raphi & Nick for those two wonderful weeks!! Yamba and surroundings is beautiful. My personal highlight was definitely Raphi’s world-class AUSTRIAN cooking - felt like home :)

It was a pleasure to host Laura Antonia. She seamlessly slotted herself into our daily rhythm and was very helpful, even 'after hours' in the house. She worked carefully, tirelessly and independently once shown a job. Always polite and interested in so many different things, truly open minded. I had the most amazing week with Karin & Clemens eventhough it rained quite a bit!!
I enjoyed the many stories about their time abroad in Africa and the Middle East - including the open-minded political discussions!! Their property is beautifully situated near the lake with cattle and Karin’s horse Bonnie :)

Laura stayed with us for almost a month, and we couldn’t speak more highly of this lovely young woman. . Laura worked hard, she was respectful , intelligent, and didn’t need a lot of direction. She did many jobs for us - painting, gardening, cleaning …and especially looking after our animals. Laura has a great sense of humour and we enjoyed having… read more

I would rate Aimee’s sanctuary as the best in Canada. From the cutes animals, to the coolest people, having fun while working, beautiful mountains all around, delicious dinners, so many learnings about caring for animals with special needs!! 12/10

Laura stayed with us at the Farm Sanctuary for 7 weeks. She is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking person.
