*Searching for volunteer/work opportunity from January 2026-April!

Recently I've been spending my summers working on market garden farms in BC. Currently working in Lillooet for a farm that additionally ferments (how cool!). I will be finishing this season in December and would love to find a new experience to spend a few months until the next season begins.

I have previously worked in hotels and hostels as a Receptionist, Night Auditor, and all-around crew member helping housekeeping when needed. I have worked in an office selling whale watching tours in Tofino and Heli-Hike tours in New Zealand. I love working in hospitality and meeting people from around the world who want to experience the amazing adventures that brought me to the same place : )

I enjoy rural/remote locations, surrounded by animals and being outdoors : )

I am a Business graduate that loves a challenge with a genuine interest in international cultures! With over a decade of customer service, management, and tourism experience I am confident in my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and be a team player. I have demonstrated strengths in guest services, administration, and communication within my career where I have been awarded promotions and recognition for my work ethic.

Three years of experience working on market garden farms has given my a physical confidence that I can do anything. I may not be as fast or strong as Farmer John across the road - but I'll get it done. I love working outdoor no matter the rain, sun, snow, or hail.

My many years within hospitality roles have toughen me up more than I thought imaginable. There is nothing you can yell, throw, accuse, or demand from me that that will make me blink twice. I am as calm as a cucumber.

I lean towards the introverted side although love getting to know new people, places, and cultures. I enjoy my personal space, and spend my free time outdoors or curled-up with a book.

I have lived in a lot of shared housing, and I value clean and tidy common areas and maintaining a welcoming home. I am very open to living with any and all furry companions (and can't wait for the day I get my own dog).
