Hey, I am currently at home (Hungary) but always ready for adventures:) I'm currently deciding if I am taking a gap year to travel and learn more from amazing people or go to gradschool in Germany.

Description

I am a recent college graduate from Sweet Briar College (VA, USA). I grew up in Hungary and I really enjoy trying new things and sharing my views through art such as photos or paintings. I love being in nature, going on hikes, and explore new places. I enjoy being alone, but getting to know new people are one of those things that make me feel alive. I would say I am adventurous and sporty, but I also like calm and slow days when I can enjoy a nice cup of tea at a porch with a book or some art making. I was playing tennis through my whole childhood until the end of college, and taking photos since I was 9. I am on this website because I've always wanted to travel and work to be able to spend more quality time with the community where I am at. After my first workaway experiences, I honestly do not want to travel in any other ways where I cannot connect with locals.

I am happy to teach Hungarian, although I know it is a really complicated language and may not be able to teach a lot during my relatively short stays. Since English is my second language I do constantly learn new things even after living and studying in the US for 4 years. I am also interested in learning more German and some Spanish, but also open to any other languages.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a degree in Chemistry and Environmental Science, so I know a couple sciency things. I worked in a greenhouse and garden with vegetables in both soil and hydroponics based growing system for about 2 years. We also did CSA and markets to sell our products. I have a good practice in taking photos of basically anything. I have taught tennis before and was also a chemistry tutor for 3 years in college. I also like to bake and cook and learn new recipes, manily vegetarian dishes, and have not much practice with making meat based meals. I have taken care of animals and kids before. I like to puzzle things out if needed and also consider myself hard working and someone who can learn quickly.
