Description
Hello everyone! My name is Kaja and I'm from Poland. I graduated in the fall of 2023 with a degree in English literature. I had my first workaway experience in Conil de la Frontera in Spain, from mid-September, until the end of December 2023. I'm here because I have great passion for people and nature, and I am happy when I get to experience and learn new things. I love challenges and adventures. I hope that being part of workaway will connect me with people and places in which I will be able to leave the best things I have to offer.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am currently working as an English teacher in an online English school. I have been teaching for 3 years now. I also have a university degree in English literature. I have got experience as an animator for children, and I have been an equestrian since I was 9 years old.
During the summer of 2021 I was working in a mountain shelter in Bieszczady Mountains, in Poland. I took care of a garden, chopped wood, prepared meals for the guests and cleaned the shelter. In between my responsibilities I also talked, and played with the guests and guests' children. This particular professional experience is my favourite one. Taking care of people's accommodation and making sure they have good, care-free time is something that comes very naturally for me.
From mid-September, until the end of December I had my first workaway experience in southern Spain. I was working as an au-pair: teaching English to two children, taking them to school, cleaning, cooking, and helping with small tasks. There, I perfected my cooking skills, as prepared dinners every day, and I practiced my Spanish.
