For more than four years, since August 2019, I have, lived, volunteered, and provided pro-bono help to people in Hawaii, Mexico, Germany, Luxembourg, Greece, Croatia, and Belgium.
Activities include:
1.) Advising people on how to restore biodiversity on their land (from humble vegetable gardens to large scale private and commercial properties), while also frequently providing, carpentry, repairs, animal care, cooking, house-sitting, gardening, tree pruning.
2.) Guiding boutique hotels and Airbnb hosts towards sustainability and improved eco-savvy messaging.
3.) Coaching independent business people ... in person ... (real estate, physical therapists, wellness retreats) ... and remotely ... (adventure travel in India, documentary making in Germany, water purification in Arizona).
4.) Taught public speaking workshops and acting classes.
About half of my projects have been through Workaway and about half have been through friends and word-of-mouth.
I have also helped with professional-level writing for resume, personal statements, marketing.
I also can support interior design projects with photography and decorative painting.
I am in perfect health, physically strong, and very friendly and respectful.
I speak fluent Spanish, French, Italian, and of course, English.
Up until summer 2019, my whole adult life was spent working in New York City and Paris, France.
I travel with my 'guardian angel' dog, an adorable 7-kilo beagle-King Charlesmix named Fila who is unbelievably friendly and well-behaved.
Before entering this world-traveling odyssey, my professional life included high level hotels like the Ritz Carlton, lots of adventurers in the performing arts, career counseling, and even advising people in alternative/natural health.
I am financially independent, and have great references and am currently living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico (winter 2024).
