Hi!
We are Isabella and Riccardo, 25 and 29 years old from Italy.
We are sunny and very friendly, and we love to be in contact with others and create new friendships. We adapt easily to any situation and condition.

In the past year, we worked together on a husky farm in Lapland, after which we had our first Workaway experience as a couple in Finland on a local farm, and it was a fantastic experience! Here, we had the opportunity to get to know the locals, enter their homes and learn about their customs. We helped families with DIY projects, building shelves to organize the barn, tidying up and cleaning various spaces on the farm, cooking Italian dishes for the family, assisting in setting up the café, and taking care of the sheep.

We are currently working in a hotel on the Norwegian fjords, but our next destination is Mexico. We plan to travel through a large part of the country for a few months, and we want to start in Yucatan, then move to Quintana Roo, and eventually head toward the center. We are really excited to get to know this wonderful country and the beautiful culture that enriches it, and we can't wait to discover what it has to offer us and what we can do in return.

Hi everyone!!! :-)
I'll tell you a bit about my work experience, which I hope you can benefit from!

I worked as a receptionist, housekeeper, and waitress in a hotel on the Norwegian fjords, so I have some good experience in hospitality. In addition, I held the position of social media manager for two hotels, a guest house in Norway, and a husky safari farm in Lapland. My role as a social media manager involved taking photos, editing, and promoting business activities on social media.

I studied art at college, so I am very excited to participate in any art project you propose!
I am always willing to learn and experience new realities.


RICCARDO

I always worked with different kinds of animals in zoos, wildlife rescue centers, or private breeders (parrots, raptors, reptiles, dogs, cats, courtyard animals, and wild fauna), taking care of and training them. Working with animals also means developing some basic DIY skills which can always come in handy in any area of life!
I studied natural sciences and biology, so I could share my little knowledge of these topics if you are interested in it :)

I recently discovered a passion for cooking, and I love spending my time chopping, baking, cooking, kneading, and making all kinds of food. I'm excited to learn new recipes and techniques, and I'd be really happy if you could share your skills with me :)

I used to work in a pizzeria and currently, I am working in a Norwegian restaurant as a chef helper and chef once a week as well. Here we mix traditional Norwegian food with Italian and Asiatic influences.

ISABELLA
I have participated in several markets where I sold my wooden art creations. I work with a technique called pyrography, which consists of etching the surface of wood by burning it.
I have a deep love for animals, particularly horses.
I am a fan of being in nature and have never been afraid to get my hands dirty with the earth! ;-D

In love with mountains, hiking, nature, eating healthy and learning about new cultures
