Dear reader.
My name is Ida, I am 21 years old and currently in Denmark. I lived in Mexico from February till the end of March. In Mexico I did my first Workaway experience. From April until 1. of may I studied to become a Tour-guide on Mallorca. Which I just finished. so now I can also call myself a tour guide!

These latest experiences have also meant that my language skills has developed. especially within English and Spanish

About me:
I am known among my friends and family as a very smiling, positive and outgoing person. These are clearly some values ​​that I can easily see myself carrying, because I generally have a positive approach to life's ups and downs. I became a student in Denmark in the summer of 2022 and ever since, I have been passionate about experiencing more cultures and countries on my own. I have always loved traveling and meeting new people with different approaches to life, because it is something that interests me a lot. Which I have been lucky enough to experience as I have traveled to many different countries already. Through these journeys, I have gained an insight into how many different cultures there are in the world, which fascinates me a lot.

In my daily life, some of the things that brings me joy is for instance cooking, being close to my family and cherish my social life.
I love to express myself creatively, whether it's with clothes and design, shoot photographs or drawing in books.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have previously worked in a danish clothing store called ''Message'', where I was mostly alone in the store which gave me a great sense of responsibility. Through my experience with customer service, I have developed social skills, which includes curiosity, patience and respect. Over the past two years, I have worked as a piccoline at the insurance company ''Vejle Brand'', where I primarily have practical tasks. Since August 2022, I have worked as a kindergarten assistant, which has given me a great learning experience in patience and responsibility. Since Augsut 2022, I have also worked as a waiter at a resturant. Here I have learned how to be able to work in stressful situations and learned how to handle in the best way.

I have recently become a fully qualified tour-guide. this education has given me a lot of social knowledge, how to be the best version of yourself around other people and how to handle serious crisis situations

A fun fact about me is that I've practiced 14 different kinds of sports. Right now I practice yoga which I really appreciate.
