Les activités qui nous intéressent :

We are currently in our hometown Villach in Carinthia, Austria and would be thrilled to spend the next couple of months working and taking care of animals, outside of Carinthia:)

Description

We are Marlene (19 yrs.) and Helena (18 yrs.) from Austria and are looking for homestays/stays at farms/etc. in various countries to follow our passion of travelling, caring for children and animals (especially horses and dogs). We are experienced in the fields of horseriding, animalcare, cleaning, cooking and serving and we make a great team, being reliable, friendly, and just two very positive and quite active individuals.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

The both of us have been passionate equestrians for more than 10 years and are experienced in caring for the horses, doing all kinds of tasks in and around the barn and also looking after various other farm animals. We are both dog owners and love looking after all kinds of dogs - walking them, feeding them and caring for them, etc. We spent our summers from about 12 to 15 years of age working at the barn and when we had reached the official working age in Austria we started working in restaurants and cafés.

Furthermore, Marlene attended the Carinthian Tourism School and is therefore a trained cook, waitress, bartender and wine and beer somelier. Moreover, she was taught Italian and English at a high level at school and graduated this May. Helena graduated or "did the Matura" in a grammar school, where she was taught bilingually in all subjects - in English and German. She has the Cambridge Language Certificate for English at level C2 and the DELF certificate for French B2.

Both of us have been playing club volleyball for many years and Helena has some experience in teaching children and adults the basics of the sport.

All in all, we are quite sporty and active, we love animals and working with them, are experienced in animal care and hospitality and we would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to travel to all kinds of different places to broaden our horizon, teach and learn from others and to experience magical moments with lovely people from all around the globe.
