Hamish:
I'm a gardener and filmmaker, born and raised in the English countryside. Growing up surrounded by nature gave me a deep appreciation for the outdoors, and I love working with my hands—whether it's tending to a garden, building something from scratch, or capturing the beauty of everyday life through a camera lens.

I traveled to Japan when I was younger, and since then, I’ve always wanted to go back and immerse myself in the culture more deeply.

I'm really looking forward to learning new skills, contributing where I can, and being part of meaningful exchanges.

Florence:
I am an artist from South London, UK, with a deep love for the outdoors. I spend much of my time walking, drawing and birdwatching - nature is a constant source of inspiration in my work, and I am especially excited to explore new landscapes through my travels.

I enjoy working with my hands- whether it's creating, fixing, or learning new skills. I have experience working outdoors in all kinds of weather, and working with children. I will be happy to contribute to projects and activities. Japan has always been a place I have longed to visit, I am eager to discover its beautiful landscapes and culture- as well as sharing my own culture with others.
