Description
Hi ! My name is Helene, I’m French and I’m 29 years old.
I am an engineer in the agriculture and project management, I’m really interested in organic farms and self sufficient homes.
I’m a city person but love working in the countryside.
I spent one year in New Zealand mainly doing woofing cause I’m really interested in meeting local people and discovering the culture and way of life of the places I have the chance to visit.
I lived for two years in Italy so I can speak and cook italian food if wanted !
I love animals, outdoor activities, hiking, cooking and chatting.
I’m hardworking, used to team working, easygoing and have a good sense of humour ! I’m good at listening to advices and following them.

I’m good at taking care of animals, good cooker, I can garden, doing home chores and tinker (if helped a bit), as I did during my road trip in New Zealand.
I can ride horses ( intermediate level).
As a project manager, I have good organising skills and know how to manage people if needed.

Helene was such a great help, she is knowledgeable in the garden and very kind with the animals. She is very hard working and has a great sense of humour. She is easy to talk to and immerses herself right into the family which we really like. We highly recommend Helene to any host!!

Michelle and Len are great hosts. They welcomed me on their beautiful farm and I was a real part of the farm life. They are very social and there are always friends of theirs in the house, ready to share a drink or have a meal. I had an amazing time at Crystal’s. I stayed there three weeks with another volunteer and I never felt like I overwork. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived, Crystal has created a safe and warm home.
