Description
Hello, I'm Kenneth from the USA, though I've lived many years in Spain. I'm in the process of moving to rural Portugal to create an off-grid homestead. As such, I'm also working on enhancing my skills in natural building, gardening , water systems, etc. Additionally, I've recently completed a permaculture design course.
In the past, I have taught at high schools and universities. I lived and worked in Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Argentina and Vietnam.
Previously, I worked as a project manager in travel, banking/finance, construction, insurance and education industries.
I'm a single father to two sons who are now independent adults.
My hobbies include gardening, cooking (I really love inventing and learning new dishes), vlogging, video editing/production, graphic design, painting (I've had several solo exhibitions in Spain), cycling, hiking, reading and especially learning new skills.
I also had the honor of being selected as WorkAwayer of the Month for January 2021.
My friends/family/students follow my travels on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@WanderingKenn. -
