I've worked on a farm for 3 years in France, so well adjusted to being outdoors. Currently working as a professional musician (guitar and singer) as well as a cook in the Netherlands. Cooking expertise ranges from Asian to Middle Eastern cuisine as well as a little South American. I love working with open fire and lean towards plant-based foods.
