Hey future Host,

My name is Frederik. I'm 24 years old, half Finnish/half German, and searching for adventures all over the World.

ABOUT ME
I grew up in a big family with three sisters, two brothers, and one lovely dog. Our family has traveled to many places, and we lived for half a year in Finland. My parents taught me many good things in the early beginnings of my life. When I ended school, I wanted to explore the World by myself.

What a great decision to meet new people and places.

2020 I grabbed my Guitar and explored Europe for a while. During this time, I had only great experiences with Workaway. France was great, and Portugal was brilliant. I learned surfing and enjoyed the great culture of Portugal. Covid hit us. So I had to return to Germany, and I traveled with a Friend for a half year thru Costa Rica y Nicaragua. What an experience.

After this Trip started university and studied for 1 Year ( DualStudy). Unfortunfaly my Boss died, I decided to go again on a Big Trip and quit Uni . What a time to do the things I love! For me, nothing is more important than our earth, keeping it clean and spreading love.

My plan for my journey to Marroko: I want to travel with no money, Thumbs up, and just with my Guitar. And primarily produce as little CO2 emissions as possible I looking for open-minded people that can guide and host me. Show me new things.

I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to improve myself. My strong communication skills and love of connecting with others make me an ideal candidate for any team. People often share their adventures and life stories with me, and I find them both engaging and inspiring. In addition to being reliable, punctual, ambitious, I am also willing to put in extra hours if needed. Furthermore, I am constantly seeking new learning opportunities, particularly in languages and crafting.

I am a surf instructor, raft guide, and lifeguard with a keen sense of awareness. I always strive to spread positivity and good energy. Additionally, I would describe myself as an entertainer who enjoys creating memorable experiences for and with others.

I can help you with language practice and sharing my cooking skills. I cooked a lot for big groups in a Hostel in Nicaragua and did a lot of Pizza nights in my Hometown. YUMMY.

Although I have a lot of experience behind a bar, with gardening (I worked in a garden company and worked in a big garden on an Eco Farm), customer service, and cleaning things. I lived with a Family in Costa Rica, and I get along well with kids. I always love to play with my nephew and niece. These little creatures always give me a smile, and it fulfills me if I can teach them some things.

I speak German, English and some Spanish that I've learned in my last 2 years in school and while i traveled.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

The last years I was a student and an explorer of the World.

In 2017, I graduated from high school, and in 2019, I completed my business and administration class in languages. In 2021 I studied real estate economics and tried to understand the system a bit better.

During my last years, I have been a Backpacker, Surfinstructor, worked as a salesman, bartender, Entertainer in hostels, Raftguide and street musician. I worked in different sectors, for example, in an outpatient care service in Germany for old people and also in a Job with children ( Funpark for Kids). Furthermore, I worked part-time in a bakery as a salesman and in a delivery service.
I worked for a garden and landscape company during the lockdown and learned gardening skills. I improved these skills on an eco Farm in Nicaragua. During this time, I was also a chef for the Team twice a week.

However, I'm a happy young man who loves to bring people to smile, have fun with them, and share experiences. I am a social type and always try to stay calm and conscientious. You can put me in any kind of work, but I significantly feel good near Water, Waves, and People.
