Hello! I’m Émilie, a 33-year-old French traveller on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia.

I came here with one big wish: to live something meaningful, grounded, and connected with nature, animals and gentle humans.

In France, I am self-employed as a writer and communication coach, and I still manage a few small projects remotely (I can be totally flexible around your schedule).

I would love to help out locally and reconnect to what really matters: care, presence, teamwork and real life experience.
I'm used to working on my own, so I can easily do it that too if needed!

I’d love to contribute in places where I can support people and their projects, help and be useful, take care of homes, lands or animals, with good energy ✨

Gardening: I have lots of plants in my flat in France - and they're happy 😄🌿 - and a few Workaway experiences now!
I'm always happy to help and learn along the way, feel useful and and share the best I can.
I'm really okay with physical work!

I’m curious, kind and a quick learner. Not afraid to help out where needed!

In France, I run my own small business, so I know how to work independently, but I’m just as happy teaming up with others!

If you have an eco-project, a local business, or something creative you’d like to share online, I’d be glad to help! Whether it’s writing, website content, social media (it's not my specialty), or newsletters.
I believe words can make a difference, and I’d love to contribute where it matters ⌨️ ✨.

I’ve already had a few experiences volunteering in France, mainly in organic and biodynamic gardens. For example, I spent some days helping on a hop farm, taking care of the garden and learning more about sustainable living 🌱.

Also, I’ve done several pet-sittings before 🐾. I love all animals! (especially dogs 🧡)
I enjoy simple things, being close to nature and learning by doing, connecting with people and animals, and doing my best ☺️.

I love hiking, going for walks (special mention with dogs 🤎), and sometimes running. But to be honest, I’m more into long walks with nice views than marathons!
I enjoy writing, practicing yoga and pilates.
And just be in nature! 🌳🌴🌲🌊🥾

I also have a deep passion for sweet potatoes 🍠 and Aussie cappuccinos ☕️😄.
