Description

I grew up in an eco-village in west Wales and helped to build the roundhouse I now live in. As well as the practical skills I've learnt, I've grown up as part of a community and been involved in many projects working to turn fields into homes. This has inspired me to travel and experience other cultures, and integrate with other alternative ways of living.
I went to a local Waldorf Steiner school for most of my education, where I decided to follow music. I studied music performance and production for two years at college while I learnt to be a drummer and producer, and I've recieved an offer to study music production at university in 2025.
I am motivated by the process of creation. I’ve found that following inspiration to expression to create something positive or even beautiful is what gives me purpose. In my life this motive manifests in things such as music performance and creation, art, dancing, social connections and collaboration, and manual work.
I value open mindedness and spontaneity and have joined Workaway to look for adventures and diversify my experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've spent the last two years of my education specialising in music, and I have dedicated much of my time to practicing as a drummer and learning music production and recording. I've played in many bands and done live performances as well as studio projects.
Having grown up living off grid, I have experience in woodwork, sustainable building, landscaping, and gardening. I have helped work on our land since I was 5, and my first job involved gardening a landscaping work for a local business.
I also have skills in a range of sports, including mountain biking, cycling, and inline skating.
English is my first language and I can also speak some French.
