Hi :) I am Eleanor, most my friends call me Elly. I'm a 22 year old girl from Germany and I am passionate to travel, see new parts of the world and have some great experiences meeting new people. Currently I am really enjoying studying applied psychologie in a small german town. Last year I went on an amazing backpacking trip in Costa Rica and Nicaragua for 2 months. Before that I have been working as a horse riding teacher on a therapeutical Horse farm (with 6 horses, 3 dogs and a cat) during the last 2 years, after finishing school.
I loved being outside everyday, doing and learning all the different task that farm life brings, to connect and learn with the horses and build up a trustfull connection with the kids and clients.

I've been going on camping trips around Europe with my family since I was a little kid and in the last few years I loved to go on trips with friends. At the age of sixteen I spent 4 months going to school in Tasmania, which was an amazing time and quite influential for the person I am now.
In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities such as going horseback riding, skiing, hiking, surfing or kajaking. On the other hand, I also enjoy silence, doing yoga, reading a book and being creative (drawing, creating jewlery).

I am a very open-minded and friendly person, and I have a calm personality. I can quickly adapt to new situations and like to work hard. I am very dedicated and committed to everything I engage in.
I am always curios, interested to learn more and excited to get to know different cultures!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Growing up with an English dad leaves me comfortable and confident in the language. At school I also studied French, and class myself as an intermediate speaker in this language.

In my family it's normal to everyone to help with the household chores and cook at least once a week - so I am quite experienced with that. I like to cook all kinds of meals, in the last years I also got some experience cooking for larger groups on vacation camps, and in my free time I also love to bake. I have two younger siblings and lived with a 4-year-old boy for a year, so I feel comfortable being around and helping children.

I always loved horses, that's why I have a few years of experience, caring for and riding horses. Trough helping take care of a young and spirited Haflinger for a few years and my job for the last 2 years, which included taking care of 6 horses, I am blessed to have learned about these special animals. Apart from going on beautiful horseback-rides through nature and doing gymnastic groundwork, I loved to play in liberty with the horses and learn together. As a horse riding teacher, I shared not only the classical way of horseback riding, but also how take care of horses, how to do groundwork and starting liberty work. I would love to diversify, continue learning and meet new horses.
Living on a farm, cleaning the stables, digging in mud, general maintenance or painting was also a part of my daily life.

I also like working with my hands, doing decoration, art, craftwork and being creative. Drawing and craftwork has always played a big part in my hobbys. I would love to help with different projects and extend my horizons!

In general I can say, that I am very open to help wherever I can and learn something new through it!
