We are traveling Australia on a Work And Holiday visa starting end of November! We're looking for fun new experiences, meeting people and learning about Australia!

Hi everyone!

We are Ebba and Elise, two friends from Sweden seeking adventure and new experiences in lovely Australia! We are born and raised in the south of Sweden, however since highschool our big passion has been traveling. Last year we lived and worked together in Paris, France. We very much enjoy learning about new cultures and to explore new places in general.

We would describe ourselves as positive, outgoing and curious people who love meeting new people and learning new skills. In our own opinion we are fast learners and we always try our very best. We know the importance of communication and we welcome feedback to improve. We both enjoy spending time in the nature and are big animal lovers. We like cooking and trying new recipes and food and would be very interested in learning about the Australian food culture (or any other). In our free time we like hiking, reading, spending time at the beach, exercising, playing boardgames or just chilling in front of a good movie. We are easygoing, fun individuals who almost always say yes, we love being spontaneous and to connect with people.

We are happy to help with anything you might need help with. Including, gardening, looking after animals, helping with general maintenance, cooking, childcare, household tasks, construction (we are happy to learn, not much experience) : Anything!

If you are interested we would love to share knowledge about Sweden, the language, culture and ways of being! In the same way we are very exited to learn about Australia and experience the local life. We see this as an opportunity to both gain knowledge and to give something back to you.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We both have large experience from working in hospitality, restaurants, clothing stores and grocery stores. Ebba has lived and worked on a wine farm in Italy, tasks including picking grapes, maintaining the wine cellar and villa, and Au Pairing.

We have both been taking big responsabilities around our respective childhood homes. For example, gardening work, weeding, harvesting various vegetables/fruits/herbs, painting, cleaning (indoors and outdoors), laundry, cooking etc.

We both have dogs and siblings, Ebba used to be a horse girl and Elise used to practice different dog sports. This have taught us to be independent and responsible, to take care of our surrounding and others.

We absolutely love playing cards, we do it all the time and find it a good way to be social and include new friends. We are looking forward to learn some Australian card games as well as teaching you some of our favorites.

We like practicing yoga and in general being present, spending time outdoors and just talking to people.
