On this trip, I am focusing a bit more on surfing, but really like to enjoy and experience nature & culture too. So I am always open for a nice hike, dive, or a nice chat and some dancing in town. :)

Hey nice to meet you, I am Dani

I love traveling slowly and immersing myself in new cultures and communities. So, Workaway is the perfect way for me to connect with people, learn new skills, mindsets and experience the destinations differently.

As a certified flooring specialist and primary school teacher, luckily, life has learned me a diverse skill set on the way. My curious mind, which is eager to learn new tricks and techniques for new tasks, hopefully does the rest. I will of course give my best to do so.
Between 2015 and 2018, I had the opportunity to embrace wonderful experiences on Workaway already. That was with a couples account, so now I’m excited to continue my journey solo.
I'm currently doing a Workaway in the wonderful Osa Peninsula for 7 weeks and did another in Pavones for 7 weeks just before. Both not being on Workaway, I'm currently still missing reviews.

My interests include skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing and surfing—adventures that get my adrenaline going! I also enjoy more relaxed activities like listening to music, singing, photography and hiking. Currently in the process of playing the guitar more confidently.

I would say, that I’m friendly, sensitive towards people and animals, open-minded, and always eager to meet new people and embrace new experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a trained primary school teacher with a completed apprenticeship as a flooring specialist in my earlier years. Experienced working as a carpenter for one year. Skilled in manual and physical work, including woodworking and construction.

Certified instructor in climbing, biking, skiing, and snowboarding.

Previous Workaway experiences include working at hostel reception, carpentry tasks, animal care, and teaching.

I would describe myself as physically fit, reliable, and confident in taking on a wide range of practical and educational tasks. Would love to learn more about gardening and get my hands in the dirt.
