(Come stay in a magical Valley ...)
We spent an amazing week at this place! River is a super nice guy, open-hearted and a great cook! He always wanted us to be as comfortable as possible and gave us good tips about what to visit/where to hike in this breathtaking valley that he loves deeply, and we understand why.

It was an absolute pleasure having Damien with us here. He and his friend Valentine brought good energy, creativity and produced some amazing videos and drone shots that we can use to promote our project. Good workers, respectful and funny, any workaway host would be lucky to host Damien and Valentine. We hope to see you again some day!

I spent an amazing month volunteering here. I met lovely and open-minded people, both volunteers, monks and other residents. We had great conversations and differents points of view about life topics, which is really helpful to think deeper about it.

Damien came and spent almost 2 weeks staying with us. He is a really lovely young man, and was very easy to have around. He worked hard, and nothing was a problem. I spent almost two weeks there, Shelley, Stella and Finn are awesome, and the dogs so cute ! The job was good (mainly gardening, mowing and weedeating, cleaning inside when it's raining), and Shelley is really flexible about the hours and the days off. They are all really good cookers, I enjoyed all the meals with them.

Damien and Valentin came to stay for almost 3 weeks. They were reliable, responsible volunteers who were willing to do all tasks as requested, both in the orchard and inside. We stayed 3 weeks with Sue and Murray. It was our first Workaway experience, and it was amazing ! They are very kind and meals were delicious.
We worked about 4h per day 6 days a week, with possibility to take the saturday off if you work more in the week. We did pruning, weeding, cleaning in the Packhouse, etc. It was good to do some different… read more
