Hi, I'm Petra, 19, from Hungary. I graduated from high school in June 2024, and now I'd like to travel and get to know new people, languages, and cultures. I also hope to find my path in life, for I still couldn't decide what I want to study and work in the future. I'm most interested in arts, literature, psychology, art films, traditions, philosophy, and design. I'm open to learn about anything, and my aim is to have as many new experiences as I can. In my free time I like reading, doing creative activities, going to cultural events, like exhibitions, theater plays, or concerts, and watching art films. I love nature, being outdoors, and I often go hiking as well. People find me helpful, hardworking, respectful, creative, and open-minded. I hope I get to meet many of you and make plenty of nice memories together. Also, I'll be happy to share Hungary's interesting culture and language with you.

I've just finished high school, so I don't have any official work experience yet, only volunteering in a Botanical Garden and a couple of different workaway experiences. But I grew up in a family that values self-reliance, so I have practical knowledge about both indoor and outdoor tasks, such as gardening, harvesting, household chores, or renovations. I have many creative hobbies, and I'm always happy to develop new skills and help others.

Petra volunteered at our hostel for over two weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our team. She is an incredibly sweet and kind person who quickly became an essential part of our operations.
