Hello everyone! My name is Cleonice, I am 19 years old, and I am from Florence, Italy.

After completing my high school diploma, I decided to take a gap year to enrich my life experience through educational projects and stimulating adventures. I am passionate about nature and the great outdoors, and I have been fortunate to grow up in a large family where I am the fourth of five siblings.

My childhood spent in the countryside was a magical experience. I share my time with two dogs, three cats, and a horse. This has instilled in me a deep love for animals and outdoor life, which has translated into a strong passion for the world of scouting and all the challenges it entails.

My affinity for music is another significant aspect of my life. I have been playing the cello for several years, and I have had the honor of singing in the choir of the Florence Opera House. Music is a wonderful way to connect with people and share deep emotions.

I am here on Workaway because I am eager to get involved and contribute with my skills and positive energy to a meaningful project. I am excited about the prospect of joining your community and testing myself in an environment that values nature, culture, and personal growth.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am Cleonice, and I am excited to share my diverse skills with your community. Growing up in a rural environment, I have developed a wide range of practical skills and learned to be versatile.

Agriculture and animal care: Every year, I actively participate in olive harvesting for oil production, and I also have experience in grape harvesting (vendemmia). I care for a horse daily, tending to all his needs. Together with my father, I manage our field, from mowing the grass to tending to plants, pruning olive trees, and handling daily tasks. I have also managed a chicken coop.

Manual Skills: I have extensive experience in carpentry and painting. I have undertaken projects such as building fences and small constructions. Additionally, I have creatively painted entire rooms. I am skilled in sewing both fabric and leather, as well as working with clay.

Scouting Skills: My experience in scouting has taught me to adapt to various situations, sleep outdoors, and navigate with precision. I have even constructed water piping systems to supply water to the scout camp.

Creative Arts: I am passionate about art and music. I can play the cello, sing, and have a strong interest in acting. My experience in the opera choir in Florence was a significant moment in my artistic life.

Working with Children: I have also worked as an animator in summer camps, teaching children activities such as painting, carpentry, and pottery.

Sports and Outdoor Activities: I am a skilled swimmer and horseback rider. I also have a small sailboat that I can handle proficiently.

I am a dedicated, flexible, and passionate individual, ready to learn and contribute significantly to any project. My experience has taught me the value of teamwork, dedication, and enthusiasm in achieving common goals. I look forward to putting these skills and passion to use for your project and community.
