What motivates me is the warmth and joy that simple conversations with new people bring to life. That’s what gives me happiness—managing to overcome my shyness to meet people from different horizons, whose mother tongue is different from mine, listening to their stories, what they’ve lived through, and the lessons they’ve learned in life. That’s exactly what I look for when I travel.

I grew up being bad at English at school (and I still am), but along the way I managed to learn Italian and Portuguese through different experiences, and that has become a real passion for me—just like teaching my native language. I love noticing the differences between the Latin languages, as if each one opened a new door to the world and to myself

I’ve had many different experiences, from working in a clothing store to a bakery, and even in schools. I studied philosophy, but now I’m more drawn to manual work. I adapt quickly, and hard work doesn’t scare me—just like learning new things.

What else? I’m a young man, a little lost and searching for certainty, passionate about poetry—both reading and writing. Through poetry, I’m also seeking meaning, because I believe that art can always guide us in some way. That’s why I’d love to start learning the guitar. ☺️
