Hey guys, I am currently in Europe but I am planning my next moves as we speak - haven´t made up my mind yet though of where to explore next.

Hi everybody,

my name is Bea, I am originally from Germany and I am currently planning my next trip. In the past three years I was mainly diving, making my Dive Master license. In addition to that I was working as a beach photographer and I am also a journalist workingremotely for a German Tech-Magazine.

I recently left the Dominican Republic and am looking for new places to explore. I always loved to travel, get to know new people and culture and I love to hear peoples stories. I feel a lot of joy when surrounded by new colors, music, food and overall experiences.

I am very open-minded, curious and have a creative mindset. I´d love to help out wherever I am needed. Most of all I am always looking for cool stories, beautiful places, peace and more inspiration.

I studied french for 8 years in high school and never got to use it so I´d love to get back into it and learn to speak it. I was more or less fluent in spanish after spending time in Guatemala, but thats so long ago that I lost all my abilities to speak spanish so I never mind practicing it again. I taught polish to myself from listening and repeating it so I am good with talking but not so much teaching it, but I am glad to share my english and german knowledge.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a lot of very random skills, I will try to paint a good picture of me:

Expertise:
I studied communication in media science and production in Germany, mass media and TV production in the US so hard skills include media production such as filming, writing, reporting, recording for Radio, editing sound and film material, I also organized a news room for some time and realized a few own film and radio productions.
Soft skills in that area are definitely good people skills, I am good in talking to people I don´t know, I am very open and friendly and I am not scared to connect with people. (I can talk a lot in general, I used to be a TV host as well).

Experience:
After high school I worked in Guatemala as a volunteer in a hospital for undernourished babies. So I am good in adapting to new situations and learn fast new skills, if necessary. My curiosity helps a lot and since I am good with people I always got the help I needed to do the job I had to do. I spent some time in England and Poland as well to learn the languages and as mentioned before studied in the US and worked in a news room there as well.

Abilities:
Adapting to new situations for sure. I moved to Poland lately to care for my sick grandma, which was new for me but I adapted to that job very quick as well because she needed the help. ( I am half polish, half german by the way).

My parents, polish family and also some friends have big gardens and I always helped out when help was needed. I am no expert but as I said: I am a hard worker, learn fast so there is not really anything I can´t do, once it is explained to me. I like working outside and being in the nature.

I am also musical, a decent singer and piano player. I studied piano for almost 12 years when I was younger, now I am just playing for fun. I was singing in a few choirs and ensembles as well :)
I also have a way with words - in german that is - and always wanted to try to write a book, I have enough ideas for sure.

I am sporty as well, I love running, hiking, swimming and lately I started boxing, which I love to do - its a great workout. I love animals, I used to ride horses when I was little (I dont know if I am still able, but I sure would love to get back into it) and as I mentioned earlier I LOVE to travel.

I am not fearless, so I haven´t been bungee jumping or anything like this in the past, I don´t know if I ever will but I love trying new things. I just have one goal: I want to lead a life filled with stories I can tell my grandkids about. And I want my life to have a worth to others.
