I love being outdoors — hiking, kayaking, and exploring nature and I’m always up for meeting new people. I’m in also interested in cooking together and music (I play the harp & some piano).

Description

Hi there! I’m Ava, 18 years old and a recent high school graduate from Germany with a big love for Canada, people, and new experiences!

In 2022, I had the chance to do an exchange year in Canada, and I completely fell in love with the country, the people and the landscapes. That’s why I’m so excited to return this year through Workaway and spend a few months exploring more, meeting locals, and giving back through volunteering.

A little about me:

I just finished high school in July and am taking a gap year before university.

I play the harp and a little bit of piano!

I’m a huge animal lover! They always have a special place in my heart.

I enjoy staying active and like to play tennis in my free time.

I also enjoy kayaking and hiking.

Whether it’s helping around the house, spending time with animals, or getting involved in small projects, I’m ready to bring a positive attitude and a helping hand.

I also enjoy caring for animals and helping with gardening, outdoor tasks, and light housework like cooking or cleaning.
