Description

What truly motivates me is the desire to grow, connect, and experience life beyond the expected. I’ve just graduated in Applied Psychology, and instead of jumping straight into the traditional job path, I’ve chosen to explore the world. Not just to see it, but to feel it.

I come alive when I’m learning, sharing stories, getting out of my comfort zone, and helping others along the way. Whether it’s through meaningful conversations, contributing to a project, or simply being present in a new culture. These are the moments that bring me happiness and purpose.

Right now, I’m on a personal journey to face 100 challenges that stretch me physically, mentally and emotionally. I believe that growth comes from stepping into the unknown and I’m excited to do that while also being of value to the people I meet.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a background in Applied Psychology, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting learning & development projects. I’ve helped design training content, supported digital learning platforms, and facilitated group processes. Always with a strong focus on people and growth.

I’m a good listener, quick to adapt, and I work well both independently and in a team. I’ve mentored students, coached peers, and collaborated across different types of projects. Communication and empathy are definitely strengths of mine, and I enjoy helping to create a positive, respectful atmosphere.

Beyond that, I enjoy physical and hands-on work. I don’t mind getting dirty and find satisfaction in tasks that involve movement or problem-solving. I’ve helped with gardening, cleaning, moving furniture, basic DIY, and I’m always eager to learn new things.

I also love music (I play guitar), being active (hiking, fitness), and am comfortable cooking or helping in the kitchen. Languages are a passion too. I speak Dutch and English fluently, and I’m always curious to learn local words and customs.

More than anything, I bring curiosity, energy, and a genuine desire to be of help wherever I land.

Outside of projects and work, I’m someone who loves movement, variety, and staying active. I’m super curious when it comes to sports. I enjoy trying new things and pushing my limits in different ways.

This past year alone, I’ve played tennis, basketball, padel, volleyball, gone running, hit the gym, and even tried wakeboarding, snowboarding, kitesurfing and surfing. I’m not really a pro in any of them, but I love the challenge, the fun, and the learning process that comes with each.

I also enjoy board games, music (I play guitar), deep conversations, and discovering new cultures and perspectives. Whether it’s playing a match, learning a new skill, or just having a real talk over tea, I’m in.

Staying curious, open, and playful is something I try to bring with me everywhere I go.
