Hej hej! Jag heter Asako.

I am a friendly and open-minded person from Japan. I’ve visited 15 countries and made friends from over 30 different countries.

In 2106,I spent six months studying abroad in Linköping, where I took courses in Nordic culture, Swedish, and completed teaching practice in a primary school. Through Workaway, I’m excited to experience Swedish daily life and connect with host families and local communities while exploring more of this beautiful country.

I had been living alone for about 10 years, I am capable of handling basic cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks. I also enjoy arts and crafts, and I’m happy to help with DIY projects.

My native language is Japanese, and I’m fluent in English.

小学校教員として6年間勤務し、幼稚園でも勤務経験があります。子どもと遊ぶのが好きで、体力には自信があります。スポーツとアウトドアが大好きで、テニスは15年間、ダンスは10年間続けています。最近は趣味で絵を描くのを楽しんでいます。
