Hello everyone and welcome into Arianna’s profile! I’m an Italian-German young woman from Bologna, who finally got her bachelor’s degree in psychology and is waiting to start with firefighters around June 2024 or December 2024. I’m currently in a very good exploration mood and in need to find myself some new things to do…right now I’m really getting into ceramics but I’ve also started using the sewing machine and whenever I have time I enjoy going bouldering in the gym.
I love hiking and free camping….

FOR HOSTS -> In March I'll start a part-time master degree course in Rome about Art Therapy. I will have lessons every two weeks (twice a month) just on fridays and saturdays (sometimes sundays). Therefore i would really love to get a job (or find a workaway) that allows me also to go to my lessons twice a month. Anyway I am really flexible and would like to work in farms or with tourists (as my English is pretty good and I speak also German), but also kids, animals, gardening or whatever we think might be a win win for both of us!

FOR TRAVELLERS ->Since November i started my journey in south-east Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos) travelling until February. I’m willing to go visit some turistic attractions, but mainly to see villages and smaller places, and of course i would love to see everything that is nature related.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Well, I was born and raised in Italy, so of course I can cook delicious meals and really love to share them. Also I am a half German, my German part allows me to counterbalance the Italian lazy attitude, so don’t worry, I’m not always late and I can say I am well organised and pretty precise with the things I do.

I’ve been working as a waitress, a barista and a cook in the past two years, and I honestly don’t mind to put my hands into dirt.

My psychology degree came out of a huge interest in communities, especially rehab ones. I haven’t had the opportunity to work in this type of places yet, but I’ve been doing internships and volunteering with refugees and in mental health facilities so far...I’m willing to do more of that!
Hopefully next year I am going to be a firefighter here in Italy, so hard work is something I enjoy doing, I would say I’m an active person.

Back in my teenage days, I went to arts high school and was a Boy Scout…don’t hesitate to give me paper and brushes, scissors, a hammer or a shovel! Whatever you want to create I’ll try to build it (I am a huge house and furniture building/renovating fan).

I've applied for a professional master course in art therapy in Rome starting in march. The course is held every two weeks (twice a month) on Fridays Saturdays and sometimes sundays. I would like to be able to do a workaway that allows me to go to my lessons at least from march to june. I would love to work in tourism and in "agriturismi", especially if kids and animals are involved. Hope to hear from you :)
