Hiya!

My name is Anja. I grew up in Switzerland but spent most of my 20s in London (eight years to be exact—time flies!). :)

I joined Workaway last year because I wanted to create a new reality for myself. I longed to live in the countryside, meet new people, and spend time with animals—which I’ve been able to do thanks to Workaway! I grew up around animals and used to horse ride, so living in the city often left me feeling depleted of that connection.
I love meeting people from all over the world, getting lost in good conversations, or simply lying in the grass and watching the clouds. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for almost ten years and teaching for six. I enjoy anything outdoors and hands-on.

In addition to this, I also have a background in administration, where I gained experience in organization, communication, and managing tasks efficiently. I’d be happy to support with admin work as well as gardening, animal care, welcoming guests, or anything else that’s needed.
