Warm greetings and hugs great big world. I am excited to hit the road again.
A little context of where I'm at. I've been living in Utah (Saint George and Ogden) the last several years, and a few months ago I broke up with my beloved girlfriend of 3 years, so I am thrilled and ready to reinvigorate, refresh, and reignite my passions for travel, connecting with different people, and exploring new areas.
Something deep is fulfilled inside of me when I travel alone with no plans or itinerary. It's always been a good experience for me. So many wonderful people out there, and beautiful new experiences to be had.
A little bit about me. I love to offer my gifts and talents and heart freely. I am easy to communicate with, non-judgmental, and quick to learn. I love love love to cook and dance. Those are my main passions right now. Some of the traits I value over most is kindness, playfulness, lightheartedness, and respect.
I love spending time with kids, creating, playing games, cooking, and just having a great time. Most kids get along with me quite easily. I grew up with 5 sisters and 1 brother, so it comes naturally to me.
I am a private chef and have been cooking for over 25 years. I do dinner parties, retreats, birthday celebrations, catering, cooking classes, and any type of special occasion. It is my greatest passion and joy, so if there is anyway to include cooking for part of the work (food prep, family meals, etc), or just to have the opportunity to cook utilizing whatever ingredients are available, I'd be absolutely thrilled!
High quality food is definitely a major focus for me right now, as I'm still healing through some autoimmune issues, so in the spirit of transparency I do want to be clear that I desire to have plenty of good whole foods available. I am sensitive to gluten and dairy primarily, and like to stick mostly to fruits, vegetables, good fats and occasionally some fish & meat (I can go with or without). I can cheat here and there, and I always love at least trying whatever someone makes, but I want to set myself up for success here, and not put myself in a position where I have to eat a lot of ultra processed food, and deal with all the fatigue and brain fog. I hope you will understand. If you don't feel like you can provide for these needs please just let me know upfront, as that might be a deal breaker.

Huge passion for cooking (25 years), gardening, landscaping work, hilarious sense of humor, customer service, painting, dancing, helping people feel at home, connecting with kids, adults, and elderly of all ages, babysitting kids [I grew up in a family of 9!], easy to communicate with, quick to learn, and perhaps one of my greatest skills is the ability to truly listen to people.
