Hello! Servus! Cześć!
It's Amelia and Antonina here! We've met in primary school and since then we've had many adventures. We would love to spend our youth exploring the world and new cultures as much as possible :)

What was the last country that we visited?
Our latest adventure took us to Iceland, where we fell in love with picturesque landscapes, waterfalls, and even glaciers! We’re always eager to explore new places, whether by foot or by bike.

A little more about us:
ANTONINA – things I love:
- being in nature – hiking through forests and mountains is one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge.
- trying out new things – right now I’m learning to play the ukulele, and I’m really enjoying the challenge!
- reading, especially fantasy books (Right now, I’m reading Game of Thrones, I really enjoy stories full of intrigue, complex characters, and unexpected twists)
- going to the theatre – one of the most inspiring performances I’ve seen was "Dead Poets Society"
- Animals have a special place in my heart. I have a dog at home, and I really enjoy bonding with animals, looking after them, and just being around them!

AMELKA
- sailing enthusiast – I absolutely love being on the water. Whether it's sailing or other water sports, anything that involves waves and wind makes me feel alive!
- basketball fan!!
- I'm interested in politics and social studies – I enjoy learning about how societies work and what shapes the world around us.
- I also love going on trips, especially when it involves camping and sleeping in a tent close to nature.


But what we have in common?
- We enjoy discovering different perspectives on various matters and rediscovering the world every day.

- We also fond of cooking together and trying out new recipes. Recently, we made faworki, traditional Polish treat - kind of like a mix between a pastry and a cookie. We’d love to share a taste of Poland with you!

- Although we are only 18 years old (we will turn 19 in September) we are mature, responsible, diligent, and honest :)

-We really enjoy hearing about other people’s travel adventures — their stories, impressions, and unforgettable moments. In Warsaw, we often join meetups in a local café where travelers come together to share their experiences. It’s always such a great source of inspiration!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Amelka has also completed a course to become a camp counselor and this summer she will be working with children, taking care of them and organizing various activities.
- For the past year, we’ve been working at the National Stadium in Warsaw, helping with big events like Taylor Swift or Metallica concert, business events and sports competitions.
- We also participated in many volunteer activities.
- We don’t have many practical skills, such as woodworking or DIY, but during our first Workaway experience, we did some painting: walls, cupboards, furniture and we really enjoyed it! We’d love to learn and get involved in various hands-on projects.
