Bonjour!
We are a French-canadian family of three, Josianne and Adrian with baby Elena who will accomplish her first revolution around the sun next December. Adrian takes his roots from Romania where he occasionally visits.
After traveling extensively in our twenties and early thirties, we have settled in a bucolic environment in the french speaking Canadian province of Quebec, where we now live on a farmstead growing medicinal herbs and plants and working to become self-sufficient with our fruits and vegetables. We still have a lot to learn!
Josianne has a background in physical rehabilitation therapist and she now practices a massage therapist.
Adrian is a graduate in History, has worked in the hostelry business for many years and he is now part-time teaching plus farming.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Gardening experience:
- fruit picking, worked on bio-intensive farms (New Zealand, Japan and Canada)
-we have our own garden growing medicinal herbs, vegetables and fruits with a no-till type of farming - trying to incorporate permaculture techniques

Cooking:
- our many travels have brought inspiration
- healthy meals, vegetarian and omnivorous

Josianne is a yoga teacher and massage therapist. It can be part of the exchange during our stay.
Adrian has a little more than basic knowledge with tools and carpentry, but with a slight lack of confidence. Still feel he needs to be lead in some projects. Having worked many years in the hostelry industry, he feels very comfortable with clientele.
