Description
We are Federico, Matteo and Marco the 30 years old owners/managers/workers of the Hostel, nice to meet you! We are looking for help during our shifts and our mission is try to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible with passion and enthusiasm. We take care of our partners and workers because we love to create a lovely atmosphere and transfer it to our guests. Here anyone will be always welcome!
The hostel is in the lovely historic centre of Genova. It is suitable for guests with a range of different needs: young travellers and backpackers, international exchange students, families with children, couples, groups, professionals and much more. We can host 35 guests in total, in three 8-bedded dorms and five double/triple rooms. Genova is an interesting and authentic city, close to an amazing seaside. The weather is always nice and we are in the heart of historical center ( the largest in Europe), very close to all the main attractions, bars, cafès and nightlife!
We offer accommodation and payment, the minimum hourly wage for each hour worked; accommodation will also be provided.

In the Hostel you meet travelers from all over the world, practicing all the languages you know! You also can go out with them and enjoy the city, the coast and the nature.
Even though the hostel is very international hosting people from everywhere, the major part of our staff is from Genova and we'll all be happy to introduce you to our culture, food and language. We'll give you some good tips about the places you can visit around here, you'll have a real Italian experience being part of our "family" :)L’hôte offre un salaire correspondant au salaire minimum

Aide
You will learn how to manage the hostel reception, dedicated online software, register payments and documents, Also help dealing with guests (giving info and city maps, explaining the hostel rules and showing the rooms), help during cleanings and house keeping. Workawayers are constantly in touch with the main staff, we're always eager to share a coffee, lunch or just a chat with you, we want to hear your stories and learn different languages.
Also a dedicated whatsapp group is always ready to use and fix any issue.

Hébergement
We offer accommodation to all our volunteers in shared dormitory. We provide free bed linens, towels, wi-fi, a computer with printer, a big TV where to watch movies, a bike is also available for our volunteers.
We offer accommodation and payment, the minimum hourly wage for each hour worked; accommodation will also be provided.

Absolutely Charo is one of the workawayers we miss most. Very precise, pointed, careful but at the same time very fun and sweet, charo was essential for our hostel.
