We were delighted to have Fanny stay with us for a short time. She was very helpful especially with our young son and was easy going and nice to have around the house. We would be happy to see Fanny back again in the future.

I spent very special time for 3 weeks with a wonderful family!
I had a lot of fun surrounded by Emilie who always have warm heart, Jimmy who is very calm, Liam who is super lovely boy and a so sweet cat.
I love the kind and generous heartwarming atmosphere that they create. I have never felt like work it was really cozy.

There are a lot of nice picture books at home and Emilie often read it for her son. It was so beautiful moments.
And it was so precious time for me to spend with Liam. He always gives me best moment:)
It was not so long time to spend with them but I really want to come back here to meet them again.

We loved having Sayaka stay with us. She has a great sense of humour and was always having fun with our little boy.
Sayaka is very easy to get along with and has lots of knowledge and hidden talents like her music playing. Sayaka's gentle, playful spirit was great to have in the house for a few weeks.

who adored her. Ivette was the first name he learnt after mama and dada so she has a special place in his heart.

My five-week stay with Emilie, Jimmy, and Liam was definitely a delight. It is a peaceful place indeed, where you can enjoy walks towards the ocean, enjoy the nearby small town for a coffee, and perhaps a sauna with an ocean view and delicious freshly-caught local seafood. And of course, a nice swim if the ocean is calm and the weather allows

I had a lovely time sharing meals and conversations with Emilie, Jimmy, and their beautiful toddler Liam who is simply so smart, all smiles and full of light and energy. Most of my volunteered time was in the garden and helping with the design and landscape around their beautiful Mongolian-style yurt project, during which I had the opportunity to spend a few nights in the yurt (I had a cozy room also in their home) and to do daily yoga and meditation practice, so thanks a bunch for that, it's such a beautiful and peaceful space.
The food and recipes we shared were delicious and full of nutrients. I enjoyed cooking some meals at times and trying new dishes created by Emilie and Jimmy (good cooks). In my spare time, Emilie was very kind to take me to see nearby castles, parks, a light-house, and the main city, Wexford; I enjoyed our trips very much. I'm simply thankful for my stay,
I'd love to come back one day to help with other projects, such as building stuff with mud and learning more about that process if the opportunity allows.
Overall, Jimmy and Emilie have a beautiful space, a peaceful environment, and very kind souls that are patient and very open.

Lisa was wonderful when staying with us. She was especially great with our little boy Liam who adored her. She has a great work ethic and always took the initiative when helping. She's got a positive attitude and made sharing our home very pleasant. We couldn't recommend Lisa highly enough and are very grateful for her time with us.

Jimmy and Emilie are absolutely amazing hosts. I had my first workaway experience with them and couln‘t have wished for more. They made me feel at home. This was my first workaway and it was an absolute pleasure. Jimmy was a great host and very easy to get on with. He is very generous and very flexible and relaxed with work. My tasks were: painting, tidying outside, cleaning, and cooking.

I really enjoyed Lucas staying and am very grateful for all his help while here. He is easy going, a good communicator, has a lot of initiative and works hard. Would be happy for Lucas to return again and would recommend him to others.
Arianna stayed for a few weeks when I unfortunately wasn't at home so much. She has a really good work ethic and I'm really grateful for all the effort she put in. Arianna works best with structure and will tell you if she doesn't want to do a job. She is really chatty and curious about learning different cultures. I wish her the best on the rest

I've stayed with Jimmy for about two weeks, during a quite unfortunate time, because Jimmy was very busy with his work. On one side this is great because you have the opportunity to work indipendently and manage your timing around the work as you want, but at the same time it has been difficult for me to communicate with Jimmy about the job needed
… read more to be done. Once you get to "catch him" though, Jimmy has always been available to discuss about the work, and he's been of great company too; I really enjoyed the conversations that we had, and he introduced me to the Irish culture and to his lifestyle.
My main problem staying at his place was that the house being old, it was quite cold, especially the kitchen; also, the Wi-fi signal in the room is poor (but it's great outside, so if the weather is nice you can use internet outside during the daytime, it's warmer)
It may seems that overall my experience hasn't been that great, but what really mattered to me is that Jimmy is really a generous and good hearted person. In conclusion, I recommend this place for people that are looking for a short staying and want to spend some quite time, before going to the UK or starting travelling in Ireland.
