  Description

  my name is Alessandra, i'm 34 and my husband is Alessandro (38years old). We hanve 2 children, Matilde (4yo) and Enea (6yo). We live in Trieste, a city in the north eat of Italy, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
  Our house is a little apartment: kitchen, bathroom, our bedroom, and antoher bedroom for the aupair. Enea and Matilde sleep with us. We're military and work all day, so we need someone who help us to bring the children at school at 8 and pick them up at 4pm.
  We like nature, walking, being in the open air. My husband and I speak little English but being together is definitely a way to learn about a different culture and language.
  we live in a 55mq apartment; there is an entrance hall, kitchen, a bedroom where I and the children (and my husband when he comes to Trieste) sleep, a bathroom, another bedroom and a small balcony. It is in a condominium with a small garden but 10 minutes from home there are two large parks; 2km from the house there is the seafront and the port. And near the house there is a bus stop that takes you wherever you want.
  You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom to share with the family.
  i work form monday to Friday, 36 h per week, now i work 3 days 8-14 and 2 days 8-17. Week end freedom.
  during the school year we wake up in the morning, have breakfast, brush our teeth and get ready for school and work. the children go to school at 8 and I walk them (it's 400 meters from home) then I go to work; at 4pm the children leave school, we walk home and when the weather is nice we stop at the park to play a bit. If Enea has her schoolwork we do it and in the evening we have dinner around 7pm. At the weekend we are in relaxation mode so in the morning we sleep, even if the children are always awake at 8am, and we go out for a walk or the small shopping centre. what's in trieste.
  in the morning from Monday to Friday I leave for work at 7:00 and finish at 1pm (3 times a week) and 5pm (2 times a week); the aupair will have to wake up and prepare the children for school every day. Punctuality is important: Enea enters at 8, Matilde from 0745 to 0845; you will have the day free and at 3.30pm you will pick up Matilde at school and Enea at 4pm. the schools are very very close so very easy. Home - school - home can be done on foot very easily.
  in the afternoon you pick up the children from school and go straight home.
  We prepare dinner all together, Enea and Matilde set and clear the table and help around the house. after dinner they play a bit and go to sleep around 8.30pm.
  school ends in June and the summer routine will be completely different because they will not have school, but summer center in the morning from 8am to 2pm. We don't have anyone to clean the house, but if everyone does a little thing it will be ok. The au pair will have to keep her bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. It would be nice to tidy up the kitchen together in the evening.

  being a guest at our home means being part of our family, sharing home and time with us. on the day you can do what you prefer, there are language schools in Trieste, so much to do and see.
  would like a polite, smart au pair who loves to stay and play with children, with so much imagination and desire to do different things with our son. during the day you will be very free, certainly from 08.15 to 15.30. in the afternoon from 17 to dinner time will have to stay with enea and Matilde, play, read a book, find something nice to do together .... he also loves music a lot (we have a piano).

  we work all day, so lots of free time to visit the beautiful places that are there. in the evening we have dinner all together, and as long as Enea does not go to sleep we are all together chatting. We’re near rome do you can see the wonderful city, but we are in the country, with a beautiful lake and nature to do trakking or just stay in the park
