  Description

  We have an off-grid permaculture property located in the Mexican jungle of the west coast. We are looking for a helping had to live on the property full time to help with daily chores and taking care of the animals.

  Puerto Vallarta is a very bustling touristic town with huge communities of expats from all over the world.
  I'm a science teacher, have permaculture design certificate and live on an off-grid system.
  I'm hoping to learn how permaculture, gardening, and sustenance living is done in other cultures.

  Aide

  We will need help taking care of a small flock of chickens, 4 dogs and 2 cats. We have a large landscaped garden and a small food garden that needs tending to on a daily basis. We are continually growing our infrastructure, so small scale construction projects are happening frequently. I'm on site during the weekends to lead and help with projects and will be excited to share skills and learn from others as well.

  Hébergement

  You'll have your own private bedroom with a king size bed, and you're own entrance to the bedroom off a backyard patio. You'll have a bathroom that also serves as a guest bathroom when we have visitors. All living spaces are shared.
  I'm happy to provide food and keep the kitchen stocked, but will not be able to provide cooked meals. You'll be responsible for your own meals. On weekend's we'd be happy to do shared family meals.

  The public transportation system is very good and reliable. There are many beautiful beach communities around the area.
  House rules: No smoking indoors. No loud music that can be heard in shared areas. No parties, or long visitor stays.
