Description
We're a small immediate family but with lots of extended family and friends.
There's one of us there most of the time, theres a hired local worker who lives in his own land nerby.
Our house is at the top of a hill, but the place is very private and the view of the countryside stunning. There's a couple neighbors about 10-15 minsthey're
Located 1-1.5 hr from Santiago.
30 kms from the coast (Matanza, Pichilemu, etc) at the limit between RM and O'Higgins (aka 6th or VI Region).
We tend organic (non certified) avocado, lime and orchards and other bunch of fruit trees (stone fruit, pomes, berries, prickly pear, and nut trees too.. also a rotating veggie garden.. legumes.. etc..
Except for the first 2, the rest is of the crops are eaten by us, or processed to conserve them.
The plan is to expand the production and be able to hire more people by designing and building propper facilities, expand within the permaculture principles
Looking for cool and responsible people who enjoys solitude and reflection (perfect spots for meditation and a good 70% of the work permits so)
Being creative and hands on is a big bonus.
Interest in eco building and permaculture
We got plenty of tools, they're available for any pep project too.
There's 2 pups and a bunch of cats, some a bit feral, others very friendly.
We used to have sheep and would like to get alpacas, pigs and chickens.. but it's a lot of work (but mostly being there or having someone 24-7) that we can't cover right now.Types d'aide et opportunités d'apprendre

Plus we'rea really nice family, my dad retired and spends time there more now, you'll love not much english but that's better so your spanish will have to get better.
My mum and sister are also nice, they don't come as often so it's my dad and/or me.
I'm a "Agronomo" or agronomist.. I work for an exports company and spend time (4-6) months in Toronto working for an exports chilean company, planning to "retire" and go live at this paradise that Santa Filomena is for me.Projets impliquant des enfants
