  Nature lovers, come live in your own cabin and work on a small ranch in remote and beautiful western British Columbia. Laid back, off-the-grid living, completely solar powered, makes for a unique experience while helping us in day to day activities on our ranch, including feeding animals, gardening, fencing, haying, cooking, etc. We are a retired couple who still enjoys the ranching lifestyle. We have horses, chickens, dogs and cats and all are an important part of our life. Dog hair is part of our uniform :)

  Clean living and fresh air contribute to happy and healthy environment. Our ranch is a great opportunity to experience off-the-grid, yet comfortable living. Outdoor living is our entertainment; hiking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, and simply sitting around the camp fire.

  Perfect for a physical person willing to learn and assist in fence building, maintenance and repairs, anything required around a ranch. Everyday is different.

  You'll live in a cozy, fully furnished cabin on the ranch, a short walk to the main house, where you'll share your meals with us. Internet is also available at the main house. We are a non-smoking ranch.

  Though ranching is a 24/7 life style, you'll have ample free time to explore the many lakes and mountains all within a short distance. The friendly community sponsors many fun events at our community center. Our ranch is three hours away from a major shopping hub where we travel twice a month to replenish supplies.
