Description
I live in the beautiful region of Roussillon (North Catalonia) in a quiet village south of Perpignan. I was attracted by the 300 days of annual sun, the proximity of the sea, the mountains, Spain, the good food but also the endearing people who knew how to preserve many traditions and the sense of celebration. I live in a typical village house in pebbles and bricks embellished with a nice patio.
I am looking for help to finish fitting out this house in the areas of masonry (construction of concrete block walls in the garden), laying of ceramics, painting, DIY, decoration, etc.
With my friend Emmanuel we appreciate the inter-cultural exchanges. He plays the piano and there is a pool table in the house.
Je vis dans la magnifique région du Roussillon (Catalogne Nord) dans un village tranquille au sud de Perpignan. J'ai été attiré par les 300 jours de soleil annuel, la proximité de la mer, de la montagne, de l'Espagne, la bonne nourriture mais aussi la population attachante qui a su conserver de nombreuses traditions et le sens de la fête. Je vis dans une maison de village typique en galets et briques agrémentée d'un joli patio.
Je recherche de l'aide pour finir d'aménager cette maison dans les domaines de la maçonnerie (édification de murs en parpaings dans le jardin), de la pose de céramique, de la peinture, du bricolage, de la décoration, etc.
Avec mon ami Emmanuel nous apprécions les échanges inter-culturels. Il joue du piano et il y a un billard dans la maison.

During the stay, it will be possible to discover the region of Roussillon very rich in heritage. 15 minutes from the nearest beach 20 minutes from the nearest mountain 10 minutes from Perpignan 5 minutes from Lake Villeneuve de la Raho. Buses at €1 can be used throughout the department. You can discover the snorekelling at the Peyrefitte marine trail in the Banyuls Cerbère marine reserve. We like small mountain hikes to discover the very rich nature here. Many cultural activities are possiblee. Billiards
Discover French cuisine and especially Catalan. Language exchange appreciated.
Pendant le séjour, il sera possible de découvrir la région du Roussillon très riche en patrimoine. 15 minutes de la plus proche plage 20 minutes de la plus proche montagne 10 minutes de Perpignan 5 minutes du lac de Villeneuve de la Raho. Des bus à 1€ permettent de parcourir tout le département. Nous pouvons faire découvrir le snorekelling au sentier marin de Peyrefitte au sein de la réserve marine de Banyuls Cerbère. Nous aimons les petites randonnées en montagne à la découverte de la nature très riche ici. De nombreuses activités culturelles sont possibles. Billard

Three single rooms, one with its own shower. French cuisine based on fresh products with the possibility of participating in the preparation of meals to discover recipes. Possibility of vegetarian meals.
Trois chambres individuelles dont une avec sa propre douche. Accès à une salle d'eau avec douche. Cuisine française basée sur des produits frais avec possibilité de participer à la préparation des repas pour découvrir des recettes. Possibilité de repas végétariens.
