You may learn new skills with animal care, property maintenance skills, help with English language and slang. We can all learn about each others cultures. Most important thing is to just have fun.
I am updating and restoring my hobby farm and there is a lot to keep you busy, with plenty of free time to relax and visit the area.
Help can include – general property/garden maintenance, Painting, Feeding & caring for animals, some minor fence & building work, Planting trees, and more.

I have a bungalow fully furnished with a double bed with separate seating area. Room includes double bed, sofa bed, linen, towels. Meals can be included. Meals can be shared, BBQ facilities available.
Access to own outdoor bathroom. Use of kitchen and entertainment area that includes a spa pool.
Can pick up from Bundaberg, Childers and Apple Tree Creek.
Volunteering here is eligible for a 2nd or 3rd year Visa extension.
There is plenty of activities to check out nearby, like one of the largest open air bird aviaries, a snake and reptile park, art gallery, library and the restored 1920’s Paragon Theatre has a schedule of movies and events. You could spend time doing wineries with two to visit, showcasing a range of wines and other alcoholic beverages based on the local produce grown in the region. Also indulge in gourmet ice-cream famous from the region and take a break and explore nearby Woodgate beach.
I can help with visiting the area, as there is no public transport here. I can also pick up from local coach station.
Closest International Airport is Brisbane (BNE) and domestic airport is Bundaberg (BDB) or Hervey Bay (HVB)
