  Hello we are a family of three people, Zoe, Roberto and Jorge. we lived in ricao a small town located in the Cantabrian mountain range, our council called Quirós, is one of the most unpopulated of Asturias, very beautiful, characterized by housing good forests of Deciduous leaf, beech, chestnut, oak, ash, and many others, is within the natural park of the ubiñas, a good lung, we have lived for almost 2 years and we have so much joy to be able to live here, to be starting we have enough work very varied
  -notices (seedbeds, preparation of land, recovery of old orchards, collection, conservation) etc
  -sowing, collection, distillation of flowers for cosmetic production (zoe)
  -laboration of bread,
  (grinding, kneading, cooking in a wood oven) outputs to the market and consumer groups
  -Animals: dogs, donkeys, chickens. Daily dedication to each group. Stable cleaning, cutting and storage of grass.
  -Recovery of cabin, wood works, stone, mortar in mud.
  -as we use firewood all year round. Mountain outings for firewood collection. A wonderful exercise.
  -closure of meadows with wooden fence.
  And a few more things ....
  We like the mountain a lot, we often go out to it, cross-country skiing, hiking, climbing, cycling, mushroom picking, the environment is optimal for it.

  Hola somos una familia de tres personas,Zoe ,Roberto y Jorge.vivimos en ricao, un pequeño pueblo situado en la cordillera cantábrica, nuestro concejo llamado Quirós, es uno de los más despoblados de Asturias,muy bello,caracterizado por albergar buenos bosques de hoja caduca,haya,castaño,roble,fresno,y otros muchos,esta dentro del Parque natural de las ubiñas,un buen pulmón,vivimos desde hace casi 2 años y tenemos muuucha alegría de estar por aquí,al estar comenzando tenemos bastante cosas ha hacer,muy variadas:
  -huertas(semilleros,preparacion de terrenos,recuperacion de antiguas huertas,riego,recoleccion,consevacion)etc.
  -siembra,recoleccion,destilacion de flores. para elaboración de cosmética(zoe).
  -multiplicacion,siembra e injertos de árboles frutales,variedades autóctonas , locales.
  -elaboracion de pan de fermento natural,hecho a mano,coccion en horno de leña)
  -Estudió de las abejas,trabajos junto a ellas,captación de enjambres.etc
  -animales:perros,burros,gallinas. Dedicación diaria a cada grupo. Limpieza de establo,corte y almacenado de hierba.
  -recuperacion de cabaña,trabajos de madera, piedra,morteros en barro.
  -como utilizamos leña todo el año. Salidas a montaña para recoleccion de leña. Un maravilloso ejercicio.
  -cierre de prados con valla de madera.
  Y algunas cosas más ....
  Nos gusta mucho la montaña, salimos frecuentemente a ella, esquí de travesía,senderismo,escalada,bicicleta, recoleccion de setas, el entorno es óptimo para ello.

  We have a very simple life, with a good relationship with the environment, inhabitants and animals, we eat our gardens, the wild flora and the cereal that we transform into bread. All this in a mountain setting, with the help of donkeys, in the sunny bottom of a valley, we believe that the benefit they can learn is that there are very simple and quite full and healthy ways of life, maybe ours is an exchange of language, English, French, Spanish. departures to city and coast.
  
  Podríamos compartir una vida muy sencilla, con una buena relación con el entorno, habitantes y animales, comer de nuestros jardines,de la flora salvaje y del cereal que transformamos en pan. Todo ello en un escenario de montaña ,con ayuda de 2 amigos burros,en el soleado fondo de un valle, podremos desarrollar en común un pequeño ejemplo de cómo intentar vivir en montaña buscando forma de vida simple y saludable.

  salidas a ciudad y al mar,tenemos vehículo para poderse desplazar,y hay transporte público a 4 km. Con conexión de bus a capital ( oviedo y Gijón) donde hay estación de tren y bus red nacional, aeropuerto

  Buscamos pasar una buen rato, intercambiar conocimientos, y tratarnos con mucho respeto, entre nosotros y con el entorno,ayuda en lo que pueda motivar de lo señalado antes y en las labores del día día, no tenemos nada rígido pensado.sino según la época del año se propondrán los trabajos a realizar,mas nuestros ciclos constantes de animales,huertas y pan.etc.

  Hébergement

  House, typical Asturian. From town, in room, simple clean, comfortable, shower, and heat of fire. All the food we provide, vegetarian diet, open to be able to get meat, comes from our gardens, the forest, and other gardens of friends. Also if you want we can camp on our farm up on the mountain, an hour from town. In a tent,
  
  Casa asturiana. De pueblo, en habitación, sencilla, limpia,comoda, ducha,y calor de fuego. Toda la comida la proporcionamos nosotros ,dieta vegetariana, abiertos a poder entrar carne en casa.
  El alimento proviene de nuestras huertas,gallinero, del bosque, y de otros jardines de amigos.
