Family of four seeking short-term help around the house, childcare and language exchange in Victoria, BC

Hello, we are a family of four and are new to the Workaway site. Victoria, BC is a quaint, little city on beautiful Vancouver Island. There are so many nature parks to explore, and opportunities for day trips around the island and to the smaller surrounding islands. It's a great place to visit.

*️*️*️PLEASE NOTE*️*️*️ We only offer short-term accommodation, around two weeks or so. We prefer to host someone who can help out in a few different ways, such as gardening, childcare, French/Spanish language for children, cleaning around the house (mostly post meal kitchen clean-up) etc.

Hébergement

We have a private guest bedroom in the basement with a very comfortable king-size mattress. We are located walking distance to a library, grocery store, two beautiful nature parks (one is on the beach) and we are a ten minute bus ride to downtown Victoria. We are mostly vegetarian (we eat some fish) so you have to be okay with eating that way while here. Also, we go to bed around 10pm and are light sleepers so we would ask that guests keep to their bedroom in the basement once we are asleep (there is a basement entrance in case you want to go out at night).

We don't have wireless internet.
