  Hooola amig@s ! My name is Tiano and after spending the last 15 years in: building my earthship in the slopes of an ancient volcano, training myself in the arts of therapeutic practitioner, studying west african rhythms for dance workshops and emotional wellness, building musical instruments for integrating them in sound-therapy workshops and mindfulness for children; I have come full circle and ended up (started again :P) in the place that changed my life perspective 2 decades ago; my beloved Punta Blanca fishermen village.
  
  Our place is located in the upper part of Punta Blanca, a small fishermen village in the Coast of Manabi.
  
  This is a small family hotel business that its now oriented towards offering wellness activities and at the same time involved in conservation practices with the surrounding habitat as well with a focalized integration with members of the fishermen village.
  
  Punta Blanca resembles a picturesque scenario from Ecuadors coast of the 80's since its rural landscape transports you to a scene where time had stopped, this brings up an ambiance of calm and tranquility almost immediately from the first to the last moment of your stay.

  ◦ Easy house fixes.
  ◦ Arranging the Hotel and volunteer Garden ( Composting, Cleaning of green areas (picking leaves, dry branches, weeding))
  ◦ Volunteers House cleaning.
  ◦ Arranging trails.
  ◦ Cleaning The Beach ( occasional trash and driftwood).
  ◦ some skills in:
  ◦ Good interpersonal relationships
  ◦ Digital knowledge in social networks
  ◦ Gardening
  ◦ Basic Home maintenance
  
  ● We are seeking COLLABORATORS for organizing and deploying year-round workshops with at least 2 skills sets from the list below :
  
  ∘ Somatic therapist or Body-movement practitioner
  ∘ Dance Movement Therapies
  ∘ Strings, wind or melodic music player
  ∘ World Dance styles applied to therapeutic practices
  ∘ Yoga practitioner
  ∘ Massage therapist or practitioner

  A small 2 bedroom typical Ecuadorian coastal wood cabin with:

  ◦ 1 Bathroom with toilet and shower.
  
  For COLLABORATORS
  ◦A double bed room with beautiful oceanic view inside the Hotel facilities.

  ◦ We get up early / have breakfast / work 2.5 hours / have lunch / work 2 hours
  ◦ The rest of the time is Free for cultural exchanging and exploring the area.
  ◦ WEEKENDS are FREE.

  For Foreign Workawayers:
  
  We love speaking Spanish most of the time. Spanish is such a beautiful language and I kind of expect that if you had considered traveling-workawaying in South-America, remember that this is the main language we are going to speak.
  
  ● We seek VOLUNTEERS with:
  ◦ BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE level of SPANISH.
  ◦ MINIMUM AGE: 25 yrs old.
  
  ● We seek COLLABORATORS with:
  ◦ BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE level of SPANISH.
  ◦ MINIMUM AGE: around 35 yrs old or older.
  
  ※ NOTE: If you still don't meet our minimum requirements, BUT still feel that you can contribute in our project; let us know in your request.

  Our volunteer house is a beautiful place to stay, has a unique ambiance that is going to affect you in a positive way. Remember that we are sharing our life, our friends and family, and we expect that you honor that.

  PLEASE NOTE: we can only accept volunteers who stay for TWO WEEKS or longer.
  
  Every hour passes a bus line that takes you directly to the Jama town which is 15 km from Punta Blanca or Pedernales( much bigger town ) which is 30km in the opposite direction. There you can find fishmongers, dining rooms, 1 ATM, pharmacies, small groceries stores and small markets.
