Description
We are a certified organic and biodynamic farm located in South Brazil in the small city call Angelina, one hour from the capital Florianópolis. We are growing a wide range of different vegetables, baby leaves, herbs, "PANCs", fruits and flowers. We sell at the markets, directly for Chefs and delivery.
In 2018 we start receiving tourists , we have chales to rent, and a small bistro downtown where we serve a farmtotable menu. We make everything we use here like iogurt, farm cheese, bread, jelly, “ de leite”.
We are located in a beautiful area of 98 hectares, most of native forest. A 20 minutes from de city, here is a quiet place where we can hear the sounds of nature while we work. We have lakes, springs, rivulets, and also birds and butterflies. The plantations are small refuges scattered in the middle of the forest.
We are a non smoking place.

Learning is part of our routine. The day-to-day life on the farm is very dynamic and in are always new things to learn.
Volunteers that stay for three months or more could learn the whole process of agriculture, from seed production to harvest.
Aide
We are looking for people to help in the daily routine of the farm. The main help required is prepare vegetables, baby leaves and strawberries to sale, caring for animals, watering plants, and helping at the vegetables garden. Sometimes we also need some help with tourist.

Hébergement
Volunteers stay in a house equipped with full kitchen, bathrooms and washing machine. We can receive about 2 people each month. We provide the basic ingredients (vegetables, rice, eggs, flour, coffee, etc) but volunteers needs to cook for themselves.

We are located in the hills of Santa Catarina, a region of rural tourism, with waterfalls and trails and 47 km from Florianópolis. On the main road, from the access to the farm are 2 km of ground road, there are no buses.
To arrive here is necessary to go to Rancho Queimado, where are a bus station.
We can pick volunteers up at the bus station, every Saturday afternoon, but is necessary to schedule two days before.

Gabriel foi um excelente voluntário aqui. Sempre pontual e disposto a ajudar em qualquer tarefa que precisamos. Ele cuidou bem dos animais e ajudou nos pomares, pomares e limpeza das folhas de bebê. Só temos a agradecer ao casal Mário e Camila pelo tempo que estiveram conosco. Sempre dispostos a aprender, aprenderam rápido e nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos, desde o plantio até a colheita e preparo das baby Leaves para venda. Ficamos um mês no da Terra e foi um momento de muito aprendizado. Fizemos pão, iogurte, plantamos, colhemos, fizemos canteiros, cuidamos dos animais. We had very great time with Paul and Mélanie here. They were very good workers, helping in everything we needed, feeding animals, planting, harvering, cooking and building, we even build a great fence for the chickens together. They had already experience with animals and we learned a lot with them.
