  Description

  My name is Helena. Working on my dreamproject on a hill on the most quiet nature side of the island (west), outside a small village Barber, with spectacular view.
  I have to leave the island for ca. 3 months or longer, starting the 14th of april. Looking for a vital 45+ copple, to work with my plants and taking good care of the property and my lovely 3 dogs.
  The place should never be left alone longer than 3-4 hours. Enough time to visit the most beautifull beaches close by, or the natural parcs in the neighbourhood. A supermarkt and public traffic, local busses, are on walking distance. Hiring a car is more convenient ofcourse.
  Willemstad is only 20 min. drive. Gasoline is cheap on the island. The work is watering my plants, keeping them free from weed, and if necessary more trimming work.
  Keeping the house clean. It is possible to have friends or visitors (hiring a hut) to have a wonderfull holyday on my colorfull hill. In the future it wil become my "colorfull curacao nature retreat". only one studio to finish.
  Silence, nature, birds, panoramic view, on the best and authentic part of the island.
  Because of the hill, people should be vitale, there is little climbing here and there.

  In Curacao there is plenty to learn! From scubadiving, to salsa lessons, from birdspotting to hiking, sailing, fishing to eating typical krejojo food. This list is endless. As a tourguide I can give more info.

  Not necessarily, but if there are people interested to help finishing the last studio, placing tiles and concrete as topfloor,, ecc., there is also a possibility.

  Hébergement

  Choose between two studio's. The (fake new slavehut), or the fantasy castle hut on top of the mountain, where you can sleep in or outside under the stars. Electricity and water is included with normal use. There is wifi all over the place. There is almost no noise of traffic, mostly I hear only birds! Plenty of hummingbirds om the moment (april) with flowering Aloe vera!
  The owner of the house, me Helena, leave 14th of april to the NL's, but there is a friend in the neighbourhood for advice. Best is to arrive some days before, to show the basic work.

  There is internet/wifi range extenders, all over the place. Due to electricity nock down once in a while (not often) can stop the internet connextion. Most of the time never more than 3 hours. Happens 5 times a year(?)

  My compound is big! About 20.000 m2, like 2 hectare! More than Enough place to put your (rented) car.
