Hi!

I'm Scott from Northern Ireland. I have been meaning to do some workawaying for years now and finally I have my chance.

Over the last year I have been living and working in Australia, mainly in construction. I hope to be able to use skills I learned there on projects in Europe.

I love when people put time and effort into preserving history, especially old buildings. I have a dream of buying and restoring old buildings all over Europe, but in the mean time I am happy to help others with similar dreams.

I am happiest when working towards an end goal, so I look forward to meeting and helping you with yours.

I love the idea of being to converse in many languages. Of course the best way to learn is through immersion so I will be doing my best to pickup words in my host's language as quickly as possible.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Before moving to Australia, I was a technology consultant, with my most useful skill to come out of that being Excel proficiency. But I can help out on other IT related tasks if needed.

I enjoy getting my hands dirty, which is necessary to work in construction.

I have ridden motorcycles for years and can do basic maintenance on them.

I have done a lot of work in demolition, so I can use a wide variety of hand and power tools. I also have experience in water damage and mould remediation.

Inside the house, I can cook and clean and try to keep a tidy environment. I also study maths at university level, so if there are children I can help them with their studies.

I don't have a lot of experience in the garden, but am more than happy to learn, as I think the reward is well worth the effort.
