Hi, I am from New Zealand and love to spend my time learning new skills, being outdoors (hiking, kayaking, swimming, camping). I have working experience in both childcare and conservation/ field ecologist work. I love meeting new people and experiencing different ways of life, trying new things.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a wide range of experience and skills, particularly with childcare and outdoor conservation work such as tree planting, and practical skills such as mowing, restoration work, and gardening.

I just finished employment as a full-time live-out nanny in Calgary, Canada over this last winter (2023-2024) and in both 2022 and 2019, I was a full-time, live-in nanny for farming families in rural New Zealand with children aged between 10-months - 5-years. I prepared meals, played games, basic household tidying/ chores, bathtimes, naptimes and bottle feeding. I also have been a volunteer Girl Guiding leader, volunteer after-school care coordinator and have plenty of babysitting experience with children aged newborn to pre-teen.

I have worked as a 'Biodiversity Ranger' (commonly known as a Park Ranger/ Field Ecologist) in New Zealand's Marlborough Sounds in total for about 1 & 1/2 years. I hold a practical skillset with experience in invasive plant and pest control, tree planting, species monitoring etc... I am a hardworker, physically fit, and eager to learn.

I also spend lots of my free time in the outdoors; hiking, kayaking, swimming, and camping.
