Description

Hello! I am from the UK and am currently travelling South East Asia. I am open to trying various work away experiences but am particularly interested in farming and hospitality.

I'm sociable, positive and hard working and always interested in learning and trying new things!

I would love the opportunity to volunteer at your project and have the chance to share your way of life and culture with you. I’ve lived with host families before in various countries and loved it! I particularly like getting to know people from different places and cultures and learning about a new way of life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Some past work experience and skills I have include:

-I worked at an NGO in London for two years fundraising. This involved various things like grant writing, social media, public speaking, community fundraising, planning events and more.
-I was a lifeguard for five years part-time which involved first aid, cleaning the leisure centre and working on the reception and welcoming guests.
-I taught various subjects including English taught for a year at a school in Malawi.
-I have worked as a bartender
-I worked in a bakery doing cleaning, washing up and preparing some of the food.
-I've worked and lived on a coffee farm for a week, this involved various farmwork from picking coffee berries to using machines, and I also looked after and fed animals
-I have a BA degree in Hunan Geography.

Some other things I like to do/ am interested include cooking, running, climbing and much more!
