Hi there! Thank you for visiting my profile :)

I am a 28 yr old Indian living & working in Amsterdam since last year. I am a Designer by education so I am inherently artistic, good with tools, like getting messy and love to create things, be it wooden furniture, clothes or paintings.

I am seeking to help with renovation/ restoration, DIY, Art/painting, furniture building, Ecological projects while looking to learn more about large scale renovations, off-grid life, taking care of animals, living in nature and slowing down.

Having deep conversations over a cup of coffee, discussing stories of past and plans for future, geeking out on new restoration techniques, getting off-grid, Books & video games and striving to live upto one's potential are a few things I am passionate about.

I am employed full time thus usually only looking for 1-2 week volunteer opportunities.

Furniture Restoration & creation 🪑
I like restoring and making wooden furniture especially if there is some history attached to it. I picked up the handiness skill at college while designing installations & wooden products.

Reading 📚
I can read an average sized novel in 1 day. I mostly read because I love stories and sometimes as a form of escapism. Genres that have occupied the most surface area on my bookshelf are - Chicklit, YA novels, Sci-fi, Self help - becoming better with habits, finance and life. 80% of the time I read for fun 20% I try to read for the wisdom.

Listening to stories 🗣
Not sure if this counts as a hobby but I love knowing more about people, their lives, their dreams and aspirations. I feel there is so much that we can learn from each others experiences whether good or bad thus I am always up for a good conversation.
