Hi! My name is Johanna, I am 19 years old. I grew up in a small village in Bavaria, Germany, which I left a year ago to work in the next bigger city to save up some money.
The seed for my interest in foreign countries was implanted into me when I was still a little child. My mom brought me backpacking in Thailand with her when I was only 2.5 years old. After a few months back home we moved to Dallas, Texas for a job opening, which was offered to my mom. Ever since then I’ve travelled to many countries, and I would love to get to know more about different cultures.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a quick learner and after you give me clear instructions on how to do something I am most likely not to fail. At the moment I am working at a restaurant, where I do the serving and bartending. At 15 I started working, and at first, I was a kitchen hand on the weekends, next I helped out at the accounting department at Siemens during summer leave and over the last holidays I worked in the production facility of Siemens Healthineers.
My mom always having several projects on her hand helped me develop various other skills. While she renovated a house, I did some simple jobs like painting several rooms, assisting with building a balcony from scratch, renovating the bathrooms and upcycling the kitchen furniture. Furthermore I assembled many furnitures and cleand the Airbnb flats regularly.
Ever since I was a little girl I loved to draw and even today I would still consider myself a really creative person. I am always happy to be around children as they spark so much joy and I would love to engage with them.
Caused by my one year stay in Texas I’ve developed profound English skills which led to me graduating high school with excellent grades in English.
