Description

I find the greatest joy in sharing my passion for yoga. I love travelling and I had some workaway experiences in 2018 and in 2019 in Europe and in Asia.

I find workaway the greatest way to travel, as it allows to get to know the local culture, people, food, it is travelling not focused on seeing places from the 'outside' but getting the full experience. I love the idea of staying somewhere for a couple of weeks and forming relations with people I meet.

I have spent the last two years on studying on how to be able to lead people in their yogic journey. I have been teaching for over a year in a beautiful school in my city, while getting support and guidance from my teachers. At this moment I have decided to leave for a couple of months to Asia, and therefore have created this profile that hopefully will allow me to find places where I could teach yoga. This has been my dream for quite a while now and I am very happy and excited for this new adventure!

I have experience in teaching English and Italian as a private tutor in Poland. In 2019 I have also been teaching English in China at Omeida School Academy. Classes were composed of 5-6 Chinese students at the age of 10-20.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Yoga

I have been a yoga teacher for almost two years in the biggest yoga school in my region in Poland called Joga Życia. It is a place where I started as a beginner, then as a regular student, then after some time I was asked to assist teachers on beginner's classes. After a year of learning and practicing on how to teach, I have been given my own group. Since then, I have been teaching beginner's classes, vinyasa yoga, yoga to release stress and tension, and general yoga classes. I have also had regular yoga classes led in English for foreigners in my city.
In june 2023 I graduated from a 1-year yoga teacher course called Akademia Praktyków Jogi (Academy of Yoga Practitioners) in Katowice, Poland.
In October 2023 I have completed a 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Samyak Yoga, Mysore, India, certified by Yoga Alliance.
I am regularly attending classes for yoga teachers, and I believe there is still a lot for me to learn, but the possibility to share my passion with others is a source of great motivation.

Languages

My other great passion has always been learning languages. Italian is like my second mother-tongue language since I use it all the time, I also love to speak French. When living in France, Poland and also during my travels I have been teaching English to children and adults and I've always enjoyed it a lot.

Art

I come from a family of artists, and have always been drawing and painting. On my workaway in Cambodia I have worked on a 6 meter wall mural done with acrylic paint, you can find pictures among my photos. Painting brings me lots of joy and I love to transform spaces to make them more bright and colourful.

Previous workaway experiences

Some of my workaway experiences included picking up papayas in Tenerife, working with horses in France, making mosaics in Chiang Mai and different art projects in the island of Koh Chang.

Other skills I have you might find useful

On my previous workaways, but also professional jobs I have always been with people. In France I have worked in a restaurant for more than a year, and it has been really great. I love talking to people and making sure that as a client they are being taken care of.
I come from an artistic family and on two of my workaway experiences in Thailand I have been creating mosaics, painting, helping with interior design. In the future I'd love to have a house full of murales. So art projects is definitely something I am interested in.

I have been brought up in an artistic family, and therefore I have always been drawing, painting, designing clothes and sewing.
On one of my previous workaway experiences I have been given a chance to learn to create a mosaic piece in an outdoor sauna.
My other passion is learning new languages. I currently speak four (Polish, English, Italian and French) and the next one I'd love to learn is Spanish.
I love to be in nature, work in the garden, weeding and watching the plants grow, in Tenerife my work was to pick up papayas and I absolutely loved that.
In my free time I love to cook simple Asian food, walk in the parks, make puzzles and I also like to clean!
